MOBILAK – Quality Control
 
The plastic and metal departments as well as the quality control division are responsible for the strict application of the quality control policy in the company.  We do all our efforts to make sure that all our products leave the plant without defects and meet customer’s demands.  In addition we implement quality control system according to the Israeli institute of standards ISO 9001:2001 and the International UN standards.
 

The plant’s 80 employees including the quality control team are all experienced and skillful people.  They accompany the entire process of quality control from the time of planning and purchasing until production and delivery while focusing on timeliness and providing responses and solutions to customer’s needs.

The manager of the plastic division is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the Plastic industry.  In addition the manager has a Masters degree in chemistry. 

The technical manager has more than 30 years experience in the plastic industry.  The manager is a graduate of the Technion Institute as a plastic machinery technician and a graduate of Plastic course in the company of Magic, Italy.

The Manager of the metal division is an engineer with experience in the area of metal drums. 

The quality control manager has a Masters Degree and is a machinery engineer. She has 25 years of experience in the area of the metal and plastic industry and is a graduate of the quality control course in ALD College.     
 

Mobilak has the most advanced measuring equipment and quality control equipment which include: seal integrity measurements, loading at high temperatures (70 degrees), beyond the UN international standards requirements and dropping at low temperatures (-18 degrees) as required by the UN international standards.

The quality control process is completely automatic and it tests sealing integrity for 100% of the production, and tests loading and dropping samples of products for each production share. 

The high temperatures tests and the low temperatures tests are done using a heating chamber and a cooling chamber located in the Plastic department area. 

Our products are certified for shipping hazardous materials according to the international UN standards and the 2302 Israeli standard and according to the international requirements of ADR, RID, IMDG CODE, and ICAO – Ti.
